Harry Beckwith Gun Dealer and Indoor Pistol Range
Stopped in this place to see what they would give me for a pistol I had sitting around. The guy behind the counter looked as though I was bothering him by being there, then proceeded to insult me by telling me that my pistol was filthy ( It's unfired, how can this be?) and that the case was full of dirt. He made it sound like I dredged this pistol up from the bottom of a lake somewhere. Then gave me a real lowball offer of $200 for a pistol I know they'd sell for $500.( And acted as though I inconvenienced him by him having to do that much.) I got a higher offer from a pawn shop, minus the insults. I would have been a first time customer but after being insulted and made to feel like I was bothering them by simply walking in the door, I will take my business elsewhere. I'll attach a recent photo I took of what he was talking about and you be the judge. Talking about how labor intensive it is to vacuum a case out that doesn't even need vacuumed? Buddy, you have bigger problems if running a vaccuum is labor intensive. This place lacks people skills and customer service is horrid. If this is how they treat every first time customer that walks through the doors, they won't be in busine
Pros: They have guns.
Cons: Lack of people skills, Terrible customer service,
