Saint Leo University provides opportunities for our current students, prospective students, and members of the community to network with guest speakers as part of our Criminal Justice Speaker Series hosted by the Ocala Education Center and one of our distinguished professors, Jack Jordan.
This event is free and open to the public and designed for those currently/and or planning to serve in law enforcement or interested in criminal justice. Attending this series provides exceptional learning opportunities for which attendees are eligible to receive Continuing Educational Credit (CEUs) free of charge.
Certificates will be provided and may meet In-service training hours if approved by your Agency.
William "Jack" Jordan has more than 45 years experience in law enforcement. His service includes tenure as a traffic homicide investigator for the Clearwater Police Department, an assistant state attorney in Florida, and an undersheriff and legal counsel forthe Sumter County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Eckerd College, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, and became a member of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the United States Supreme Cour Bar.
