Awaken in Light - A New Years Eve Celebration
Event Details
Welcome to our first New Years Eve Awaken the Light practice.
This practice will allow you to surrender in gratitude as we close out a decade and begin anew. This celebration practice will contain intention setting, a gear centered asana practice, a grounding restorative practice with a journey into a yogic sleep state, concluding with a sacred cacao ceremony.
Come ring in 2020 in light and love with Brandi Sadler & Rae DiMidio at Wildflowers Yoga Studio.
