Nature lovers UNITE for a morning yoga practice under the trees at the Devils Millhopper Geological State Park with Maggie Rucker. We will meet before the park opens and enjoy a class that is FREE with the low price of admission to the park!
Event Details
$4 per car, so bring your friends, or $2 per pedestrian, cash or check only and please bring singles since no change is provided. This class will be offered to ALL levels of experience, whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for many years. This practice will be a dynamic "flow" class, covering seated, standing, supine, and prone poses. We may add in optional vinyasas, balancing poses, or inversions, depending upon the desires of the students who attend. Afterwards, please enjoy the incredible sink hole, trickling waterfalls, and surrounding nature trails. Let's have a healthy, happy Saturday of yoga + nature.
