ADMISSION TO THE PARK:
~$4 per car, so carpool with your friends
~OR $2 per pedestrian
~cash or check only and please bring singles since no change is provided
This class will be offered to everyBODY, whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for many years. Maggie will be offering modifications to help make the poses easier. In contrast, she will que optional vinyasas, arm & leg balancing poses, variations, and/or inversions for students who like a bit of a challenge. Just come and be you.
Afterwards, please enjoy the incredible sink hole, trickling waterfalls, and surrounding nature trails. Let's have a healthy, happy Saturday of movement and deep breaths of fresh morning air. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and friends! We recommend being about 10ish minutes early so that we can start right at 8.
