This session puts you and your colleagues at the center of the conversation, bringing your experiences and perspective to the forefront of who we are as a system and how we care for the patients and visitors we interact with every day. Please be sure to follow dress code (which includes no jeans) but do wear comfortable shoes as you will be standing frequently during class.
