We have waited two years to be able to have this event again and we can’t wait! This event is FREE TO ATTEND and family/ pet friendly. You only need to register/ get tickets if you have dogs that will be racing.
Event Details
Our annual Oktoberfest is back and we will have our wiener dog races as well as any breed small, medium and large category races. We will have plenty of German beers on tap, food trucks and German Band The Low Down starting at 6pm along with stein holding competitions and German costume contests.
Our 5th annual running of the wieners has returned! After a 2 year hiatus, we are bringing the wieners back and we are so excited! Hopefully everyone has been training them little sausage dogs (and your other pooches) for the event.
Register your dog(s) for the event here. All dogs must be registered through eventbrite by October 14th to receive the discounted fee of $25.00.
Day of event fee for registration on-site is $35.00 All proceeds from the races benefit Low Rider Dachshund Rescue of Florida.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies will be awarded to the owners of dogs that win in the final heats of each weight category.
All dogs will receive a customized event dog collar charm, doggy bags with treats, and a race day scarf!
