The Swamp Challenge is expertly designed to incorporate fitness and fun into the ultimate venue: Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (aka 'The Swamp'). The event features three classes (Male/Male, Female/Female, Male/ Female) and three divisions (Masters, Intermediate, Rx). The Fitness Competition provides up to 6 weightlifting, cardio, and/or bodyweight style workouts across the single day event. All workouts and obstacles are achievable and designed to bring all experience levels together.
