This farm-to-table country gem comes from the genius of chef-owner Curtis Beebe, a former IT guy who turned a passion for food into a business delivering as he puts it "handmade slow food with local ingredients on white tablecloths" Pearl is open for dinner, Tuesday thru Saturday, starting at 5 and serve until 8 on weeknights and about 10 on weekends. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Reservations are Suggested.
