Our 2 beautiful Victorian homes were built in the late 1800's. The Holbrook family began restoring them in 1978, and Cornelia Holbrook opened them to the public in 1993. Sweetwater now features 20 different rooms, suites, and cottages, with our lush Florida gardens complete with babbling fountains, romantic gazebo and a regal colonnade. We're so excited to announce our brand new 30 foot in-ground heated salt pool and spa! Every reservation includes a complimentary evening wine & cheese hour as well as a delicious full homemade breakfast each morning. So let us impress you. We'd love to be your home-away-from-home. Room rates range from $139 to $219. Additional guests $25. Children
