Downtown Wine and Cheese

The Wine and Cheese Gallery opened in 1973 and has become a Gainesville landmark in the following years. The business is located in an old building right in the heart of Historic Downtown with two seating areas, indoors and an outdoor patio. We are a retail store that sells cheeses, imported beers, gourmet foods and wines from all over the world. We serve Lunch from 11 AM to 2:15 PM on Monday through Friday and Noon until 3 PM on Saturdays. We serve dinner on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights from 6 PM until 10 PM with a Happy Hour preceding it from 5 PM until 6 PM. We have a huge inventory of wines and can special order any hard to find bottles. Throughout the year wine tastings and special events are offered. Plus we do catering orders, and we offer wine classes during the year through Santa Fe College who has the registration online.
