Join us for a relaxing energy meditation session with Ojela Frank. The group session includes sound healing and guided meditations. Ojela will play several singing bowls and bells while facilitating with participants in breathwork and guided visualizations. Throughout the session, everyone will get to feel AumaKhua-Ki ® healing resonances for deep relaxation and journeying into altered states. This event is open to everyone -- beginners, as well as, advanced meditators.
AumaKhua-Ki ® Energy Chair sessions are available after the group session.

At-door event registration is also available.
Energy Exchange: $10 - $30.
Please bring a pillow, a yoga mat or a blanket to lay on the floor so you can stretch out and relax during the sound healing session. Bring a snack and bottled water for yourself. The group meditation is 45-60 minutes. Anyone who would like to receive an AK Energy session following the meditation can let Ojela know when registering at this event.
