Because of the popularity of this event and the bussiness of the holiday season in town, you should plan on arriving as early as possible to park your sleigh.Q: Is my registration/ticket transferrable?A: Yes, you can do so by downloading the eventbrite app. Q: Can I update my registration information?A: Registrations can be updated using the eventbrite app or website. Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?A: It will help your check in go a little faster so you can start crawlin' but we can look it up using our check in application.Q: What is the refund policy?A: Sorry, no refunds.
