He has also incorporated some of his family’s favorite dishes into his product line. His products are sold in local markets and shipped to customers across the country. Join me for this hands-on, Italian sausage making class. You will learn the entire process from an expert, and you will go home with two pounds of HOMEMADE ITALIAN SAUSAGE! (Bring a small cooler along if you wish!) Of course, we will also enjoy a sausage sandwich and some Italian wine along with the sounds of classic Italian music! As Chef Bo says…“Let’s Eat Something Good!”
