Join us for our annual Gratitude Yoga in the Park Thanks~giving morning for a blend of asana, pranayama and meditation (poses, breath work and stillness) to start your day grounded and with a grateful heart!

?Surround yourself with loving, fun and kind human beings while enjoying nature
?Enjoy a soulful yoga class surrounded by nature and your community
?Please dress appropriately as this is an outside event. Bring a mat, towel/blanket, any props you use, a reusable water bottle, your favorite human & of course your fur baby ?
?This is a donation based class benefiting the fur babies at the Citrus Animal Shelter ??
Please consider bringing pet food, a toy, blanket, other items or cash as a donation.
