It's Pie time! Pie on Pi Day, heck yeah! Our Pie Competition is back! Have a favorite recipe? Prizes & bragging rights at stake! Pies will be judged on the following criteria:
1. Overall Appearance:
Pre-Slicing (Evenness of crust/ topping)
After-Slicing (Consistency of filling)
2. Taste:
Flavor (Strength and Balance)
Mouthfeel (appropriateness)
Crust (Flaky, Soggy, Mealy)
Aftertaste
3. Creativity/Presentation
Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. One entry per person.
We're accepting 20 entries in total. The first 20 people to message us will be entered into the competition. Entrants should bring their pies ready to serve.
Registration: 3:14PM
Judging: 3:30PM
Winners Announced: 4:30PM
Food Truck on site: Strega Nona's Oven
