Friday, April 17-Sunday, April 19 at the Hampton Lake Bed & Breakfast in Hampton (right outside of Gainesville, FL)
This all-inclusive workshop includes education, a workbook and consultation to help you make an educated decision on how, or if you want, to proceed into the hospitality industry. This is your opportunity to thoroughly understand the business you are thinking of investing in, while being a guest at a Luxury Bed and Breakfast Property.

How to find your inn- acquiring, retrofitting or building a Bed & Breakfast
Regulatory information- zoning, government rules, fire safety, alcohol licensing
Marketing your Inn
Evaluating how your Inn is doing
Understanding Exit Strategies,
Everyday operation- tips and tricks from current B&B Owners
Speakers include Pattie Detwiler, Florida Bed & Breakfast Specialist and innkeeper emeritus; Anthony Sexton, Florida Inns President and owner of Victorian House Bed & Breakfast and Paula Register, Florida Inns Vice President and owner of Hampton Lake Bed & Breakfast.

4 p.m. Check in & Registration
5-7 p.m. opening session
Dinner on own
Saturday, April 18
9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Session begins following breakfast (if you are staying at Hampton Lake B&B breakfast is included), lunch will be provided

Sunday, April 19
9 a.m.- 12 noon Session begins following breakfast (if you are staying at Hampton Lake B&B breakfast is included)
Fees: $425.00 for one person or $500.00 for a couple and personalized consultation to be scheduled for mutually agreed upon time and date.
Space will be limited to ensure personal interaction. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. If the workshop is full, we will advise you immediately and place you on a priority waiting list.
Attendees are encouraged to spend the night at our host inn, but this is not required. The Inn is blocked for this event, you MUST calla to make your reservation. Please call Hampton Lake B&B directly to reserve your room.
