Every Memorial Day, LIV Athletic does the CrossFit HQ workout called Murph.
Event Details
Murph is a hero workout in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.
This workout, like all of our workouts, is infinitely scalable. We encourage that each and every LIV member attends and completes a version of the workout! Whether that is as a team, fewer reps or the whole thing.
Class times will be at 5:30am or 10am and will last about 90 minutes.
