Wednesday, OCT. 24TH - Traditional Italian Dinner COOKING CLASS – 6PM TO 8:30PM - 20 STUDENTS MAX.
Join us for this great chef demonstration class in which up to three courses of an Italian inspired meal will be prepared and eaten in class for all students to enjoy. This class includes a full meal, all vegetarian friendly, of the traditional pasta first course, savory vegetables and salad 2nd course and dessert 3rd course. Recipes will be discussed during preparation of meal and note taking is encouraged. (* Observation type class - $40.00/per person, includes class instruction and full dinner meal with beverages) **Observation type classes are where students will watch as the instructor makes three different recipes for the evening of fresh foods and each course is consumed by the students. This is a full coursed dinner with chef instruction and discussion during the evening. Note taking is encouraged as recipes will be adjusted and discussed. *may bring your own bottle of wine if desired.
