Come enjoy a romantic evening of local gourmet food and participate in a cooking class as well. We will teach you how to make your own Gnocchi for the Pasta course of the evening and then sit back and enjoy the rest of the dinner for a romantic candle lit evening featuring the best local foods prepared fresh for you on the evening of the event. One seating, only 15 couples - so your table is yours for up to 3 hours on this evening. No rush and no hectic pace. Just historic ambiance inside the 100 year old Vidal House at the Fat Tuscan while we focus on romancing you with good food and good company.

Love is always in the air at the Fat Tuscan and it just so happens to be in our food too. (*Warning: Consumption of this meal may cause uncontrollable symptoms of passion to surface and precautions should be taken.)

The preliminary menu is:

1st - Three Cheeses Appetizer Course: Smoked Gouda Fondue with Assorted dipping crudités, warm Brie wrapped in pastry and drizzled with raspberry sauce and topped with candied nuts, & herb goat cheese topped with a tart cranberry compote. Served with toasted Tuscan Loaf Bread.

2nd - Salad Course: Roasted Cherry Tomato, Port roasted Shallots, herb roasted beets, Bibb lettuce; drizzled with a Champagne Honey Vinaigrette, topped with seared scallops cooked in a brandy cream.

3rd - Interactive Cooking Portion - Pasta Course: Butternut Squash Gnocchi with choice of Marinara Sauce, Hearty Bolognese Sauce or a Bacon, Sage Cream Sauce. (*option for regular potato gnocchi and or Gluten free available.)

4th - Dessert Course: dessert board of Flour-less Chocolate Tort topped with an orange brandy vanilla whipped cream and salted caramel drizzle & a traditional Italian Cannoli Pastry made of Marsala flavored whole milk whipped ricotta mixed with mini cho
