THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1ST – PASTA MAKING - MAKING RAVIOLI - 6PM TO 9PM – 18 MAX. STUDENTS SIGN UP. (VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY)
Each student will learn to make egg pasta dough from scratch & then learn to roll it out and hand form stuffed ravioli’s with an assortment of cheeses. The café will cook each individual’s ravioli’s for their dinner consumption as part of the class; several sauce options will be available. This class is a hands-on class, so aprons are recommended. *Includes light beverages or you may bring your own bottle of wine., cooking class instruction and printed recipes. ($40.00/per person, includes ravioli dinner, cooking class instruction and printed recipes. This is a hands-on type of class.)
