Join us for an afternoon celebrating the spirit of Puerto Rico and raising money for its recovery!
Event Details
We will have live music from 5 Notas and Tropix featuring collaborations with Manolo Mongil, Elio Piedra Drummer and multipercussion, Merlyn Corona, Christopher Charters and more! All of these amazing musicians have generously donated their performance at this event, free of charge, in support of these efforts!
Salsa Mundial Gainesville will be providing free salsa lessons and we will have a silent auction with some fabulous products and services from our generous sponsors.
100% of proceeds from ticket sales and silent auction will be donated to the PResente hurricane relief fund which is focused on sustainable recovery efforts in some of the hardest hit areas of Puerto Rico! This is possilbe through the generous donations of those involved with this event who have donated their time, talents and venue (thanks First Magnitude Brewing Company!) so that we can fully maximize the amount raised to direclty impact Puerto Rico!
Arroz con gandules, pollo, pernil, ensalada de papa, ensalada de coditos, pinchos and pastellitos will be available for purchase from Latin American Fusion Food Truck!
This is a family friendly event and we are asking for a minimum donation fo $20 during pre-sale and $25 at the door.
